Postage & Packing Costs

UK and Northern Ireland

  • Standard £4.50 for unlimited items within the UK (Please allow 3-6 working days for delivery). Royal mail standard delivery
  • 1st class £6- Royal mail recorded. Next day delivery (AIM). Must be signed for .
  • Express £7 via UPS courier service in 1-2 days. Must be signed for. Tracking code will be provided. RECCOMENDED FOR URGENT DELIVERIES

Express Service

Please note that only express services ordered before 12 noon will be delivered the next day. You will need to be available to sign for your package. For urgent deliveries please contact us and we will endeavor to get your goods to you as soon as possible.

International Delivery

For international delivery please place the order via the web site. We will put the order on hold and email you a shipping cost which is based on the size and weight of the box. Once confirmed your card will be charged and goods shipped. An average delivery takes approx 7-10 working days.

International deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Gift Wrapping

Looking for a gift and want it sent direct?

No problem. All belts purchased from the JosyFlo website come beautifully wrapped in recycled tissue paper and tied in ribbon. Please state at the check out that this is a gift and we will remove all pricing from the item and forward the invoice to you seperately. At no extra charge. Let us know if you want a personalized gift card too. We will hand write one with your message. 

As an additional treat for your loved one we will include a 10% discount voucher off their next purchase from the JosyFlo website. 

Worried that you might choose the wrong size? If the belt doesn't fit we will happily exchange it for the correct size, or something else from the JosyFlo range (extra cost may be incurred if a higher priced item is chosen). 

Returns

Returns policy

Buying a belt online can be difficult as you may not be sure which size you are. 

If by any chance you are not completely happy with your product or it doesn't fit please return it within 20 days from the day of dispatch. We will be happy to offer you an exchange.

Simply repackage the item and return it with information on why it was unsuitable to:

You should cover the return postage cost unless the goods are incorrect or faulty.

We recommend that you return items via registered mail. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. JosyFlo cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.

All goods must be returned to us unworn, unwashed, with labels intact, and in a saleable condition.

Stock availability 

Our beautiful handmade belts are pieces of art and although we endeavor to keep all items in stock year round this is not always possible.

If we don’t have what you are looking for available please feel free to email us your order and we will advise you when the item will be available. As soon as it comes into stock we will process your order as a priority.
