Josy Rolls

I'm Josy, a coach and talent manager passionate about being part of the movement for positive change in the world.

I know that in order for us to manifest the society that we want to live in we have to go within and be that change ourselves. You are here because you are one of the special ones in life. An action taker. Someone with big dreams for yourself, for your family and for your community. 

Perhaps like me, you have realised that you can no longer live and work in a way which is all about stress, hard work and overwhelm. I know that success, wealth, happiness, fulfillment and love are all possible without sacrificing your mental health and family time. Some facts about me:

• I have over 15 years working as an agent for talented people in the creative industry from celebrities and models to hair and make up artists and stylists.​
• I am obsessed with getting to the root cause of things and making the change at the source. I am the kid that is always asking Why? 
• I ran my own Ethical fashion brand Josyflo, a self designed range of belts made at a fair trade NGO in India. It was featured in vogue.com as one of the ethical brands to look out for. 
• For many years I worked at Models 1, Europe's largest and most successful agency where i was able to to use my skills in deal making, brand building and alignment to generate significant endorsement deals for our established clients and ensure up and coming talent had a fantastic start to their career.
• I have advised and coached many household names as well as influential fashion and entertainment insiders.
• I am a daily meditator and follow my life according to my intutition, my higher self and with assistance from my guides.
• I have lived in Mexico twice and had a life-changing spiritual experience whilst on a 10 day silent meditation retreat there, my 2nd such retreat.
• I have organised wellbeing, team-building weekends for brands such as Vita Coco, Seedlip and Wahaca.
• I have trained staff for the likes of Canary Wharf, Camden Council, Rokit and Kalm Kitchen.
• I am a festival queen and cannot wait to get my children hooked on the sparkle, music and creativity which inspires me.
