My name is Josy.

I am a transformational coach and mum of 2 who has worked with some of the most well known talent in the fashion and media industry. My unique skillset combines 15 years of model and talent management and 8 years of coaching experience with my holistic training and interests. This potent alchemy of experience intertwines and is driven by my highest calling. In 2015 whilst pregnant with my son I had a major awakening during a 10 day silent meditation retreat in Mexico, which led me from a life driven by ego and fear to one powered from the heart. The last 5 years have seen me honing my skills and working with both individuals in fashion and entertainment as well as luxury businesses. The last year has given me the space to truly transform and grow, catapulting me to do what I was born to do. To teach and facilitate peoples ability to release the chains of limiting beliefs and to step into their true power. The world as we know it is crumbling and from the ashes a beautiful phoenix will rise to create a society which is inclusive and abundant. A place where wealth, love and fulfillment for all. My belief is that the education systems in place are outdated and will be experiencing a major overhall in the coming years. WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A SESSION?

Each session we have will last around an hour, longer if you prefer. Before we meet for the first time I will send you an alignment questionnaire which will help me to know where you most need help so that from the very beginning we are making best use of your time. My aim is for you to feel better as soon as possible. I will provide you with 'homework' exercises between the sessions for you to continue the transformation at home. 

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

This will depend on your individual journey. As a minimum I like to work with clients for 2 months so between 6-8 sessions. Within that time frame, if you put in the work to implement the changes you can expect to have achieved: A shift in your mindset, a new found confidence in yourself, direction and purpose, to have set and achieved a specific goal set early on, have a toolkit of techniques for releasing stress and emotional pain, to have a longer term plan mapped out and a blueprint of how to get there.  

CAN I MEET YOU IN PERSON?

I would love that. In fact, if you enjoy the great outdoors as much as I do we can take the whole process outside and upgrade our sessions using the healing power of nature. I am based in the Meon Valley near both Petersfield and Winchester with plenty of beautiful locations we can choose for a walk or to sit under a tree. I will in due course open my home meeting room to clients and am also happy to visit a location of your choice. Zoom or the phone is also available for those further afield or more comfortable with this medium. If there is an opportunity to meet at least once I would love to be able to. Energetically we will know if we are aligned to work together more quickly and as an intuitive empath it really allows me to understand you better. 

I FEEL SO DISCONNECTED FROM MY LOVED ONES. ITS LIKE WE ARE SPEAKING A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE THESE DAYS. WILL THIS HELP?

I know. It's so incredibly hard when we start to drift away from those that we love. This period has squeezed us all to make decisions that we probably wouldn't have done if things had remained the same. There is beauty in this because it allows us to grow but there is also sadness. Society encourages us to look outward rather than inward. To blame, to feel threatened by things that scare us. We want things to be easy and comfortable. The thing is that we can't make anyone do or be anything. You know that from the toddler years right? We can only lead by example. To make the change within. I'm so excited for you to realize the power of you doing this work because when you start to shift your mindset and attitude you will start to shift the collective. You will see a change in your family, your children, your friends and for those around you. And the beauty is that it will lead you to the place that you want to be. I'm not saying its easy and you may find that some people no longer resonate with your new higher vibe but you will be more accepting of their journey because you can see that for you life is truly just beginning. 

I WOULD LOVE TO DO SOMETHING NEW BUT FEEL TIED TO MY LIFE BECAUSE MY EX IS NEARBY. HOW CAN I BE A GOOD PARENT AND BE FREE?

Co-parenting is a challenging journey in itself. We all have compromises to make. Just because we want something it doesn't mean its right for everyone in our family. Nobody can galavant around the world freely right now anyway but the steps towards being sovereign can start now. You have complete choice over your emotions and what you choose to believe. You can close your eyes in meditation and be anywhere you want. If you feel it you live it. I have been more places this year than in my very well travelled 40 years. All from the comfort of my own bed! You have an ex for a reason. This is your time. Your life. Your choice. If you truly know and believe what you want the universe will make it happen. Release attachment to what you think you can or can't have and instead be open to infinite posibilities. 

HOW COME YOU HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS?

I don't. But you do. You are more powerful than you will ever know. My job is to facilitate you finding your own path to your highest purpose. I have many years of coaching experience, am a lightworker and work with direction from my own guides, regularly connecting in with source to find the answers which align me with my mission, which is to help you. I aim to help you to do the same, to release the blockages, conditioning and limiting beliefs which have held you back.
