How long will we need?
From experience of what works best, I would recommend an initial 2 workshops of 4 hours each to teach the basic skills and to put an action plan in place to work on over the next few months.
Depending on the nature of your business we will then reschedule a follow up workshop for 2-6 months time where I will revisit your team. Based on your experience of putting the process in place, I then refresh them on the techniques, teach some new ones, and facilitate them creating an action plan to move forward with.
